Error message 'Microsoft Access can't open the form 'Temp.''
I'm having the same problem too! I've been running in circles for an hour. I've even went to another system, pulled a backup from 14 months ago, same issue.
You know what's strange, the error message that pops up, "[database name] can't open the form '`TMPCLP624051.'" is just like the same error I get when I run my database for the first time and the Trust Center doesn't recognize the database as Trusted. After I Enable the trust, the initial error goes away.
But then I still get the same error whenever I open any query in Design View or just run it. I have 43 Queries that won't run, error out and crashes Access. All my Reports run fine, the Forms run fine.
It looks like something with a recent Windows update affected the Trust Center of Access.

Perhaps this is a long shot, but it just dawned on me that the problem seems to be associated with queries. The Monaco SQL editor was released just about the time these query related errors began to appear.
Can you confirm whether you do, or do not, have the Monaco SQL Editor enabled now? And, if so, does disabling it (uncheck the option) restore query functions properly?
It's probably just a coincidence, but let's eliminate it if we can.- MrTom44Nov 06, 2024Copper Contributor
I enabled updates and installed 2410 (Build 18129.20116) back.
Also confirmed, disabling Monaco SQL Editor fixed my Queries. I'll be keeping Monaco disabled and leaving Office Updates enabled.
Thanks for you help.

En nuestro caso ha funcionado. Gracias
Lo que aún no me explico por qué depende de la máquina y pq en la misma máquina que ayer funcionaba hoy ha dejado de funcionar. ¿Tiene que ver con alguna actualización?
Una vez desactivado el check funciona correctamente.

Confirmed it's the latest 2410 Office Update. I reverted back to 2408 (Build 17928.20156) and all my queries work again.
I'm keeping Office Update disabled for the time being.
EDIT: Luckily all the other employees don't access the Queries directly. They only access Reports and Forms. Only I do since I'm the designer/programmer.
