Creating query from multiple tables

I have 2 problems, whenever I want to create a query from multiple tables when I press run all the rows appear as a double instead of having 4 rows I have 8 now.

Secondly, when I create a relationship between the table and then create a query and press run, nothing appears. 

I hope my problem will be resolved as soon as possible and here is my SQL view.
