Coping Access tables
I was trying to distribute my data into multiple named tables within Access. I made a copy of the table and renamed it. Then in the copied table I remove the data I did not need in the copied table. ...

Unfortunately, that location is on your desktop (to which I can't connect, of course).
I was hoping you'd have a public OneDrive you can share. Let me think about this a little. There has to be a plan that will work.

- Yes. I just got to it. It went of junk. I put the zipped access file done. I renamed it to Horses - Old. This process has taught me some things about Access. I'm sure that what I did was related to the fact that all the tables in the file were marked as related. When I brought my back down and copied the table that was corrected, all the related markers disappeared and when I ran my program to create the missing data my program ran about 10 times faster. Anyway, the tables in question are labeled SARATOGA, SARATOGA_2010, SARATOGA_2011. They are all blank as far as I can see. My primary problem is that when I tried to eliminate the data from the 2011 file, it removed all the data in all three tables and from the off line backup copies. i do not know how that can happen.
- Since I am retired I don't need to send data to others. Let me know what you find out.
