Cannot Open File Using MS Access

I get an error when opening a csv file using Access.  The Link Text Wizard tells me I have a "bad file name or number". I tried renaming it and that did not work.  The file is large.... 6,526,457 KB. I am an Access rookie.    Is file too large or am I doing something wrong?  I am able to open other smaller files without a problem.
