    To export as .xlsx file use one of the following:

     

    DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, acSpreadsheetTypeExcel12Xml, "exceltemp", "G:\DM_Report_Test\temp.xlsx"

     

    OR 

     

    DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet acExport, 10, "exceltemp", "G:\DM_Report_Test\temp.xlsx"
