Access Outlook error

Hi there,

When trying to use email functions within Access, we receive an error stating that we need to set up a Microsoft Outlook profile.  However, there are multiple profiles set up on this machine.  The error is fixed be reinstalling Office completely, but we were hoping to find another solution.
