access lookup wizard - error (could not lock file)

Question

I am using office 365&nbsp;trying to create a database from blank&nbsp;created the first 2 tables and on the second table I am adding a new field (after saving) for which i select from the drop down menu (lookup and relationship)&nbsp;once i click it i get the error (could not lock file)

Read all the discussions of the last days here that treat the problem with the network paths. If your problem seems different then post the details about your network situation, the files and paths etc. you are using.

Hi Karlactually this is on my home PC and there is no networking involved

Without knowing your details, not much can be said about it. You can of course read the according support article, compare your build number with the lists there and control if a fixing update is listed.
