Access 365 64 bit Runtime Crash installing on Windows 7

We have 2 Workstations that are using Windows 7 Professional.
In this situation (italian version), the installation process crash immediatly without error messages.
But installing Access 2016 Runtime the installation work perfectly.

Solutions?
