Access 2608 Build 20326: Line controls disappear in Print Preview

Just to clarify the situation, I originally posted this issue here in the Microsoft Access Tech Community on August 9. However, the post was automatically flagged as spam and remained unpublished for more than a day.

Since the post was not publicly visible and I wanted to confirm whether other Access users could reproduce the issue, I then started a discussion at Access World Forums.

After I contacted the Microsoft Tech Community team, they reviewed the post, confirmed that it had been missed during their normal spam review process, and released it for publication. That is why the discussion at Access World Forums had already progressed considerably by the time this post became publicly visible here.

I apologize for not making the cross-posting situation clear earlier. I did not intend to seek separate answers without disclosure; the second discussion was started because this original post was still unavailable to the public.
