"Transcribe" in Word Online not working

Anyone else seeing this issue or having the same problem. If I can get the "pull down" menu to work and show me the "transcribe" option, when I choose "transcribe" it tells me I have to upgrade to "Premium" despite the fact I'm already a premium subscriber and have been for years.

    • Check your subscription status: Go to File > Account in Word Online and confirm that your Microsoft 365 subscription is active and recognized.
    • Switch browsers: Some users have had better luck using Microsoft Edge or trying incognito/private mode.
    • Clear browser cache: Old cookies or cached data can interfere with feature access.
    • Language settings: Make sure your display language is set to English (US)—Transcribe is only supported in that language for now.
    • Update your browser: An outdated browser can cause compatibility issues with Word Online features.
