Windows 10 system frequently freezes
The system frequently experiences screen freezes (mouse and keyboard become completely unresponsive, Task Manager cannot be launched), requiring a forced restart. During high-frequency episodes, this occurs every 10 minutes; during low-frequency episodes, it happens once every 1-2 days. The system and drivers have been confirmed to be up to date, yet the issue persists.

Overheating: This is a prime suspect for random freezes.
Download a tool like HWMonitor or Open Hardware Monitor.
Check your CPU and GPU temperatures while the system is idle and under load (like playing a game or running a stress test).
What to look for: If your CPU is consistently above 90-100°C under load, it's overheating and throttling (or freezing) to protect itself. Clean the dust from your fans and heatsinks.
Power Supply Unit (PSU): A failing or underpowered PSU can cause system instability under load.
This is harder to test without spare parts. Listen for any unusual coil whine or buzzing from the PSU.
If you have a spare PSU, try swapping it to see if the problem persists.
