Windows 10 Can I restore the Windows 8.1 taskbar and window style?

I really prefer the clean taskbar and window design from Windows 8.1. Is there any way to get this look back on Windows 10, either through settings or third-party tools?

    You can set the taskbar to Use small taskbar buttons for a more minimal appearance: Settings > Personalization > Taskbar > Use small taskbar buttons.
