My headset's microphone is not picking up my voice clearly?

Hello, i have a Razer Blackshark V2 X Headset and the mic was working fine, the audio device is well installed, why and how i know this? is because i tested it on the control panel.

But the issue is when i try to listen to myself on steam or on discord this stuff barely captures or my voice is not picked up consistently even with the microphone device selected as default or the 7.1 surround sound even with a key on while pressing on mouse4.

My sound driver is realtek.

Update: i had to put boosting audio enhancements on, and the issue only occurs on discord and on steam. my mic cuts out all of the sudden.
