Forced to turn on my laptop twice

Hello all friends I have done latitude e5440, and the operating system is windows 10. Every time I turn on my laptop it works daily then I am forced to shut it down and turn it on again then the next time it works quite fine. I have already tried that fast shut down option in control panel. But that didn't help. Please let me know how to fix the issue so that I get the laptop working fine when I turn it on at the first instance

    Given your laptop's model (Latitude E5440) and age, the search results strongly suggest the issue is hardware-related. A Dell Community expert noted that after years of use, a motherboard can develop "something heat-intolerant" or a component that is not firmly connected.

    Visit Dell's support website and check if there's a BIOS update available for your model. An outdated BIOS can cause boot issues.
