DPI Scaling Issue on Surfaces Windows 10

Good Morning,

 

I have surfaces running Windows 10 with 2 build version experiencing the same problem.

 

We publish remote app applications, both MS & 3rd party. The screen refresh and re-sizing can crash very often, and only minimising and restoring the window enable the new screen to display.

 

In cases like SQL Management Studio, when executing a query, the application vanishes from the screen, and sometimes does not return at all, or takes 5-10 minutes.

 

We have been looking at updates, build versions, other patterns of behaviour, and have found nothing. Any assistance or previous experiences may help us to progress with this.
