Dell Latitude E5540 Windows 10 Intel Display Driver Issue
Greetings, this Dell laptop breaks down, scrren goes black, pixelates and gives blue screen error "video tdr failure" as soon as the display driver gets installed. Everything is fine before the Automatic Windows 10 updates kill it.
What do you suggest me do? Is there a way to disable auto updates on Windows 10? What else can I do?

Boot into Safe mode and uninstall the Display Driver.
Reboot.
Install the latest display driver which is compatible to your OS and system.
You can Pause updates in Windows:
Open Settings → Update & Security → Windows Update > Select Pause updates > from drop down list choose the duration.
