Deactivate second screen after install

Have had an ongoing issue where a build will install and then de-activate my second screen. After install have had to go into Nvidia control panel to re-activate it every build since Creators update. What has changed ? Prior build s remembered my setup.

    In Windows Settings > System > Display, ensure that the multiple monitor settings have been saved and update the NVIDIA drivers to the latest version.
