Why has my free version of Outlook stopped working on my mac this morning?

Opened outlook this morning. "Hmm seems we are not connected" displayed, no accounts showing. Clicked "Go online",  "No 365 subscription detected". Uninstalled Outlook and reinstalled - same issue. Anyone else having this issue and/or has a fix please? Thanks

    Outlook for Mac 16.113 - MS 365 subscription prompt and other problems.

    - Prompted for a Microsoft 365 subscription
    - Can not switch out of Legacy mode
    - Outlook stuck offline
