Booking Page Access
I’m reaching out regarding an issue accessing a booking page through my company account. Although I’ve been added as an administrator, the page isn’t appearing in my available options. When I search for it, I can see the page listed, but upon clicking, I receive a message stating I don’t have access.
I’ve confirmed with team members who currently have access that I’m listed as a staff member with admin permissions, so I’m unsure why I’m unable to log in successfully.
Could someone please look into this when they have a moment? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to resolve the issue.

Take this:
- Clear Cache & Try a Different Browser
Sometimes browser issues can interfere with access. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser or incognito mode. - Check Admin Role Assignment
Even if you're listed as a staff member with admin permissions, ensure that: - You're assigned to the correct booking page.
- Your role includes page management or editing permissions, not just viewing.
- Verify Group or Team Access Settings
If your company uses group-based permissions, make sure your account is part of the correct group that has access to the booking page. - Try Accessing via Direct Link
If you have the direct URL to the booking page, try accessing it directly instead of through the dashboard.
