Booking Page Access

I’m reaching out regarding an issue accessing a booking page through my company account. Although I’ve been added as an administrator, the page isn’t appearing in my available options. When I search for it, I can see the page listed, but upon clicking, I receive a message stating I don’t have access.

I’ve confirmed with team members who currently have access that I’m listed as a staff member with admin permissions, so I’m unsure why I’m unable to log in successfully.

Could someone please look into this when they have a moment? I’d appreciate any guidance on how to resolve the issue.

    1. Clear Cache & Try a Different Browser
      Sometimes browser issues can interfere with access. Try clearing your cache or using a different browser or incognito mode.
    2. Check Admin Role Assignment
      Even if you're listed as a staff member with admin permissions, ensure that:
      • You're assigned to the correct booking page.
      • Your role includes page management or editing permissions, not just viewing.
    3. Verify Group or Team Access Settings
      If your company uses group-based permissions, make sure your account is part of the correct group that has access to the booking page.
    4. Try Accessing via Direct Link
      If you have the direct URL to the booking page, try accessing it directly instead of through the dashboard.
