Hey everyone! Elliot here, based in Lausanne, Switzerland.
I lead the Jumpstart practice at Witivio - a Microsoft Partner focused on Copilot and agent deployments across enterprise clients. Day-to-day that means scoping, designing, and shipping Copilot Studio agents for industries ranging from insurance to manufacturing to public sector.
Most of my work lives in the space between what Copilot Studio makes easy and what production actually requires - knowledge layer quality, connector architecture, governance setup, and the handoff to the teams who own it after go-live.
I also just posted a decision framework for choosing between Agent Builder, Copilot Studio, and Azure AI Foundry - happy to discuss if anyone's navigating that call with a client.

Hey ElliotMargot​ we are currently designing an app that we hope to publish, we have a MCP data server backend. Security and connections are harder than Copilot and C#! I'm thinking of using Foundry and would like to see your decision framework please. Any thoughts on Azure Function MCPs, should I use the APIM?
