Namstey Folks π, As we look at digital transformation, one of the biggest bottlenecks is the skills gap in handling complex operational workflows. With the rise of modern M365 extensions and Power Platform capabilities, the barrier to entry is shifting. We can now build robust solutions directly inside SharePoint without needing heavy custom code. From what Iβve seen, the benefits of going the low-code/no-code route within the M365 ecosystem are clear: - Faster Deployment: Building internal workflows directly where teams already work cuts out weeks of standard dev cycles. - Empowered Teams: Operations teams can patch their own inefficiencies without waiting in a long IT queue. However, it also opens up real strategic questions around data governance, compliance, and keeping these citizen-developed solutions maintainable over time. How is your organization approaching upskilling for this? Are you training existing operational teams to build their own tools within the Microsoft ecosystem, or is IT still handling everything from the top down? Most professionals and gamers focus on hardware upgrades but overlook one simple setting that directly affects how accurately their cursor responds on screen. Whether you are working across multiple monitors or playing fast paced games, having the wrong mouse configuration leads to frustration that is hard to diagnose. The best approach is to first verify your actual DPI values before adjusting any settings. I found a mouse dpi tool that measures real time accuracy instantly without any software installation. Once you know your exact values, fine tuning becomes straightforward and the improvement in cursor control is immediately noticeable across both productivity tasks and gaming sessions.gamingtechxJul 09, 2026Copper Contributor49Views0likes0CommentsFrom Resume to Interview: Building AI-Powered Hiring Agents with Microsoft Technology

Hi everyone, I recently created a short walkthrough and interactive workflow to help visualize the lifecycle of building an agent in Copilot Studio. The framework focuses on the following stages: Goal Create Authentication Topics Conversations Knowledge Actions Evaluate (Test) Publish Evaluate (Analytics) Improve One observation from working with Copilot Studio is that many discussions focus heavily on building and publishing agents, while the evaluation and continuous improvement phases often receive less attention. The workflow emphasizes that agent development is an iterative process: Define the business goal. Design the conversation experience. Connect knowledge and actions. Validate through testing. Publish to users. Analyze real-world usage. Continuously improve based on insights. I created a short video demonstrating this workflow and would appreciate feedback from the community. While preparing for the PL-400 (Microsoft Power Platform Developer) exam, I discovered a very useful learning feature in some Microsoft Learn modules. In a few modules, the Module Assessment appears to include AI-generated questions. What I found particularly helpful is that when I answered a question incorrectly and retook the assessment, Microsoft Learn didn't just generate completely new questions. Instead, it often brought back the concepts I had previously answered incorrectly while also introducing new questions. This approach helped me reinforce weak areas and better understand the module content rather than simply memorizing answers. It felt more like adaptive learning, where the assessment focuses on concepts that need more attention. Also, if you find this AI-generated learning experience helpful, consider using the "Provide feedback about AI-generated content" option available in Microsoft Learn. Sharing feedback can help Microsoft continue improving these learning experiences for certification candidates. Has anyone else noticed this behavior in Microsoft Learn assessments? I'd be interested to hear whether you've had a similar experience while preparing for Microsoft certifications.68Views0likes0CommentsAI-102 Delivery Completed β Preparing for AI-103: How Is Microsoft AI Training Evolving?
Completed another AI-102 training delivery β and already diving into the roadmap toward AI-103. Recent discussions with learners covered several important areas: - Azure AI Services - Azure OpenAI - RAG patterns & enterprise architectures - Responsible AI - Real-world implementation considerations One thing is becoming increasingly clear: AI capabilities are evolving rapidly, and technical learning paths must evolve just as quickly. For trainers, architects, developers, and organizations, maintaining technical depth while adapting to continuous platform evolution is becoming both a challenge and an opportunity. I'm curious to hear perspectives from the community: What differences or shifts do you expect between AI-102 and AI-103? Build an AI Agent That Does It For You.
Hi everyone π A few weeks ago, I started thinking about how much time businesses still spend writing repetitive promotional emails manually every month. The process is usually the same: review customer purchase history check active discounts write personalized emails send them one by one So I decided to build a simple AI-powered workflow that could automate the entire process. For Edition #003 of my newsletter, I created an AI agent that: β reads customer purchase data β matches category-based discounts β generates personalized promotional emails using AI β sends emails automatically What I enjoyed most while building this project was seeing how even small personalization details can completely change the customer experience. Instead of sending generic promotions, the workflow creates emails tailored to each customerβs purchases and interests. In this edition, I shared: the real-world use case the complete workflow approach implementation screenshots sample datasets GitHub project files practical automation tips π View the newsletter If you enjoy building practical AI automations or exploring real-world AI agent ideas, I think youβll enjoy this edition. Iβd genuinely love to hear your thoughts and learn how others are approaching AI-driven automation in their own projects π96Views0likes0Comments
