Global admin credentials required for Partner Center
Hello, i´m trying to get access to the Partner Center from Microsoft to register us as a microsoft partner. Every time i try to get access to the portal, I got the following error: To enroll your organization in this program, you must be a global admin. The account you used to sign in to Partner Center is not a global admin account. Contact your IT group to be added as a global admin, or contact one of the following global admins to enroll you: I activated my Global Admin Assignment via PIM and tried it also with an permanent active assignment. Both accounts listed there (which have GA) get the same error message. Do you have any ideas or can you help me?Malusp98Sep 23, 2024Copper Contributor304Views0likes1Comment- connect85Jul 18, 2024Copper Contributor226Views0likes2Comments

Hello Partnership Leaders Community! I'm excited to jump into a topic that's fundamental yet often overlooked: How do you define yourself as a partnership leader? Are you merely playing to win, or are you genuinely leading? It's a fine line between a 'leader' and a 'winner' and understanding this distinction can be pivotal in crafting successful business partnerships. Leaders vs. Winners: A Comparative Analysis Vision vs. Goal-Oriented: Leaders focus on the bigger picture, crafting a vision that aligns with their partners' values and objectives. Winners, however, often chase short-term goals, sometimes at the expense of long-term strategy. Empowerment vs. Achievement: A true leader empowers their team and partners, fostering an environment of growth and collaboration. Winners might focus more on personal or immediate achievements, sometimes missing the opportunity to build a stronger, united team. Adaptability vs. Rigidity: Leadership in partnerships demands adaptability – the ability to pivot strategies as markets and partner needs evolve. Winners might stick rigidly to a plan, even when change is needed. Witty Challenge: Build Success with a Random Partner Here’s a thought experiment for all self-proclaimed leaders: Imagine you're randomly assigned a business partner from an industry you're unfamiliar with. How would you build a successful partnership? Step 1: Research and Understand - Dive deep into understanding their industry, business model, and values. Step 2: Identify Mutual Goals - What can you achieve together that you couldn't achieve alone? Step 3: Craft a Joint Strategy - Develop a plan that leverages both parties' strengths. Step 4: Implement and Adapt - Roll out your plan but be ready to adapt as you learn more about your partner and their market. Step 5: Measure and Iterate - Continuously measure the success of the partnership and iterate on your strategy. This exercise isn't just theoretical. It encapsulates the essence of true leadership in partnerships – the ability to navigate unfamiliar waters, align diverse objectives, and forge a path towards mutual success. As a community, let's challenge ourselves to think beyond winning. Let's innovate in our approach to partnerships, prioritize empathy and understanding, and redefine what it means to be a leader in this dynamic space. Looking forward to hearing your thoughts and strategies on this! How would you approach this challenge? Any leaders willing to share their experiences or insights?
