As an educator and advocate for learner-centered support, I’ve always believed that clarity and emotional resonance can transform professional growth. This year, I created a digital vision board that blends intention, inspiration, and strategy—designed not just to motivate, but to guide my outreach, PD design, and documentation systems. Each image, quote, and layout reflects a core value: privacy-first automation, human-first instruction, and resilient systems that empower both educators and learners. I’m sharing it here to spark conversation, collaboration, and maybe even a few new ideas for your own journey. Let’s build something beautiful together—one vision, one workflow, one act of renewal at a time. https://parentsandteachers-my.sharepoint.com/:p:/g/personal/smtoth_americalearns_online/ET6B7VgkZNdBjBqOa5UkWEIB5HgO8sDn5txJQVn08mds2A 💬 I’d love to see what’s inspiring you this season. If you’ve created a vision board—digital or analog—drop a link or screenshot below. What themes are guiding your work? What visuals keep you grounded? Let’s build a gallery of renewal, one board at a time.smtothOct 29, 2025Copper Contributor55Views2likes0CommentsSuggestions for Inclusive Tools
Hello, I've been working with students and teachers with Microsoft Translator and using Office Lens to scan in documents to Immersive Reader. After using these products with the students, these are features that would be really helpful: Using Microsoft Translator, it would be very helpful if, when you take a picture of the document, page, etc., that you could listen to the words on the screen since they are not translated for you, such as Immersive Reader operates. Using Office Lens to scan documents, etc. in order to integrate with Immersive Reader, it would be very helpful if you could have Translate built into Office Lens so it could translate the document and then read it to you. OR have Translate be directly tied to Immersive Reader. Thank you, Jessica StepaniakJessica StepaniakNov 08, 2018Copper Contributor1.3KViews2likes0CommentsEditing with Learning Tools
The Learning Tools are fantastic. It's great to see them included in Word desktop now which means they can be used whilst editing too! Unfortunately the page colours are limited to None, Inverse and Sepia. Is the plan for the full range of colours to be included?tapbSep 28, 2018Iron Contributor1.1KViews1like0Comments
