I'm getting the below error when visualizing a List using the embedded PowerBi. I looked high and low can couldn't find any information regarding status code 400. A little help, please? Thank you! Hi folks, sharing this here because I think it might be useful to fellow SharePoint admins. Long story short, there's lots of good data in the OData feeds in SharePoint, and you can access those with Power BI. The feeds are site-level, but using a function you can take your query and have it iterate over all of your SharePoint sites to create a tenant-level set of reports and schedule refresh on that in the Power BI service. The sites query has a lot of the same data you'll find in the admin center, so all-time/recent views, last modified date, site template, etc. The value-add here is that Power BI can get the subsites, which you will not see in the admin center. Since we're phasing out subsites, it's useful to get an inventory to see what needs to be replaced/moved/archived. The lists query has item counts as well, which can be good for keeping an eye on things approaching the 5k list view threshold. desde un iframe sharepoint detecte el userid
Hello, I would like help to know how I can check the user id when I access the sharepoint, I do it through a .net application (executed directly from the web I have no problems) but when said app I put it inside an iframe so that it comes out inside a sharepoint site, here comes the problem since it does not detect the userid. Is there a way to detect the sharepoint userid from a sharepoint iframe? Thanks.
Query Confirmation Messages - Data Notice
Hello everyone, I have a split Access DB: the Back-end part on linked tables in SharePoint, the Front-end part on Windows PC. When I work with the DB, Query Confirmation messages are displayed: updating, modification, deletion, queuing. I went to Access Options -> Client Settings -> in the confirmation paragraph I removed the "flags" on all three items: Edit record - Delete documents - Command query. In fact these settings work very well when using the DB locally (not split ...). But when I split it into SharePoint it seems to ignore the "Client Settings Menu" settings. Is there a way even from SharePoint, to disable Query Confirmation messages? Thanks for your help.
Import SharePoint Online list data to On premise SQL server database using SSIS
Hello Community, I am trying to import SharePoint online list data to SQL server using SSIS. I have connected this using O Data Source Editor. I can see all the columns except the choice type columns in SSIS destination mapping. Is there any different approach to do this ? Any help is greatly appreciated! Thank you
