Copilot- Tips, Tricks and Lessons Learned from Customers
First off, let me say Copilot is a game changer. It has really helped me to focus on tasks that leverage my skillsets and reduce time consuming or repetitive tasks. As I continue to help customers ramp up on Copilot, I keep seeing similar trends (below). Would love to know if you all see/hear the same as well as what else your seeing/hearing? Good Teams Usage = Good Copilot Usage- Customers not using Teams as a collaboration tool (but rather just for chat and calling) are far more difficult to to drive adoption with than those that are. Customers turning off transcription- I have several customers refusing to turn on transcription over possible legal retention issues and complaining that too many recap features are reliant upon it. Customer with E5 not turning on labeling because they feel that the effort is greater than the value. End users wanting more prompts to help them understand how and when to engage with Copilot. What are you seeing/hearing from your orgs/customers around Copilot? Stephen
Error to implement recaptcha v2 in Customer Insights - Journeys
Hello community, I currently have a persistent error. I have several forms in Customer Insights - Journeys, and a few days ago I configured reCAPTCHA v2 (check) on one of them. After that configuration, the other forms stopped working, showing this error when submitting the form. The actions I’ve taken so far include removing the reCAPTCHA configuration; however, the error persists. Failed to create/update target entity: reCAPTCHA validation failed.

Issue with Microsoft Copilot App
Hello, I would like to report a technical issue with the Microsoft Copilot app. The application is not functioning as expected. I will describe the details below. Thank you in advance for your support. After the most recent update to the application in mid-October 2025, it is no longer possible to generate any graphics. Within the app, I only see a blank field. Graphics do work when logging in through various browsers, but not within the app itself. This is quite inconvenient. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but it did not resolve the issue. I kindly ask for assistance. Best regards, Izabella
Add Custom Attributes to Contact List and User Accounts in office 365 Admin
I would like add custom attributes to the contact list as well as to user accounts during the creation process. The required attributes are as follows: Business Unit Department Sub-Department Location Manager Kindly anyone advise on the procedure to configure these attributes and enable them in the contact list and user creation form.
