if you deploy the app to your device, and go through the Azure part, where you create an Enterprise Application, add the needed permissions, etc. then it should work fine.
I share your concern about support in your country. Here in the US we plan to launch the MSUP app for the xx10 devices, at which point we would offer support here in the Americas.
We have another MSUP app that only supports the older devices prior to the XX10 devices. That app is called PrintUP, but it is only launched in the Americas....
The newer MSUP app is launched globally, but it is up to the individual operating countries to launch and support it.

PS, if you keep calling Ricoh Belgium, maybe they will agree to launch and support it as well?
Another note: if your company uses Ricoh Streamline NX (which also supports MSUP) then all your printers regardless of model would be able to receive printjobs using MSUP. No need for MSUP application on each printer.
