I have successfully installed and configured MSUP App through Remote Panel operation and the printing functionality is working perfectly.
However, it seems like even with using MSUP application it's not giving all functionality that are available with the printer for instance, Bypass Tray wasn’t available.
Ricoh Australia reply-
"You have encountered the issue for the reason I am not a huge fan of MSUP. The setup utilises the Windows Universal Print Driver not a Ricoh Print Driver. Ricoh Print Drivers have a lot more options/settings in the print properties specific to the Ricoh device the Windows Universal Print driver does not. The options only allow for very basic printing options. Not being able to select the Bypass tray is only the beginning of the problems. Once end users start to us the new system, they will find more things that they can no longer do. At this point of time, I am unaware of any workarounds to make it work with a Ricoh Printer Driver so to answer your question this cannot be changed."
