triumphd17 you had to set permissions with Classic Stream also. In Classic Stream you have to edit the individual video and select All Company or you had to give individual permissions to users to access your videos unless you uploaded them to a Group which already had the permissions set to be viewable by all members of the group.
You can do the same thing with video files in SharePoint. Either you give people a site to upload files to the documents library for a group (because every M365 group has a SharePoint site behind it) or you have them upload files to a site that already has the permissions set for 'Everyone except external users' or you teach them to share from their OneDrive account by allowing 'everyone in the organization to view'. The last option is least desirable because it can be problematic when a user leaves the organization and their account is removed.
