oiverson- The only thing that I could suggest if you don't want the video to show up in search results would be to not allow search to index the library where you are storing your videos and transcripts (Library advanced settings). However, that may have undesirable consequences if you store the videos in a library where you have other documents that you do want your users to discover using Search.
You should probably do an assessment of how undesirable it would be for your users to just find the video - if the video has been done well enough, hopefully it stands on its own as a piece of content. Additionally, why not have a slide at start or finish of video that prompts the user to visit your company intro page.
Finally, you could always create a bookmark (best bet) for the page in Search that ensures it displays as first search result when a user enters the search string 'coffee machine', then you don't have to worry about trying to hide the video and transcript.
