Hi DavidEngelMS . Regarding your comment "SQL Server Agent under SQL Server 2019 requires MS ODBC Driver 17", where does Microsoft document its Driver dependencies for SQL Server Agent  in SQL Server 2019? I do not find it in the following sources:
