This issue originated when support for RHEL7 was discontinued in the driver and we moved the RedHat build to RHEL8. RHEL 7's rpmbuild was more lenient about directory ownership conflicts - it allowed multiple packages to claim ownership of the same directory as long as permissions matched. Our team is actively working on a solution, which is scheduled to be included in the next release planned for February 2026.
