Use Playlists to create collections of video or audio files in Microsoft 365

This is great. Love the PlayList functionality! You did mention how to order them by adding a column to the "All Items" View and then sorting by that column. It works, but there are a few more steps. 

1. Go to the All Items View
2. Click: + Add Column
3. Choose: Number
4. Click: Next
5. Complete the "Create a Column" attributes (I called it "Sort Order" - No Decimals)
6. Click: Save
7. Choose to sort the "Sort Order" column "Smaller to Larger"
8. Now you will need to click the "All Items" drop down and choose "Save View As". you will be prompted with the current name of the view. Click Save to Overwrite the "All Items" view
9. Put values in the "Sort Order" Column.
10. Refresh your browser.
11. The "All Items" list should sort in the order specified.

You will still need to adjust the "Play List" view. It doesn't change automatically.

1. Select the Playlist view
2. From the Playlist dropdown, choose: Edit Current View
3. Scroll down to the "Sort" Section
4. Specify to sort by "Sort Order" and "Show Items in Ascending Order"
5. Scroll all the way to the bottom of the page and click: OK
6. Refresh your browser

NOW items will appear in the order you have specified.
