Sharing some feedback
It's not very useful to have a greater experience using the playlists from the library view (specially refering to an intranet site) so I added an embed webpart in my site home page and works like a charm. It's a little confusing why a lists webpart would not give us the nice playlist display instead, but this works. Also agree that allowing for an easier way to arrange the videos order would be ideal, versus having to handle the back end and create columns.. Still very exciting when you are very clear about the videos permissions and know that your audience will not have any problems accessing them.
Another note on the Teams tabs experience, also works like a charm but you have to be certain that your viewers can't randomly start adding videos to the playlist. On top of this nice to have feature you can still leverage the Stream features and analytics to measure your videos engagement..
