SharePoint Showcase: How Microsoft uses Copilot in SharePoint, and how you can get started

We are a small manufacturing company with 9 users on Microsoft 365 Business Standard and Business Basic.

We have invested heavily in SharePoint Lists and Excel-based business data.

We need an affordable AI licence focused on searching and querying our SharePoint Lists, Excel files and document libraries.

Current Copilot licensing is too expensive for deployment across our business.

We would strongly consider a lower-cost "Copilot Data Search" licence focused on natural-language querying of company data.

Example:

"Show all Extension springs using 1/2" rod."

Please consider a small-business pricing tier, where staff are not preparing sales or marketing or board room presentations but trying to use it for daily work life /tasks
