The interactive translation command is not working for me. There is a post about this issue so I know that other people are experiencing too.

If I create a rule "when a document is added, translate it to french", it is working. It has been working since we configured Syntex 10 days ago. But, when I use the Translate command, nothing happens.

 

Is there any configuration missing?
