MicrosoftI have a few questions as i am really new to this. I bought the microsoft 365 subscription, and i also got the copilot for microsoft 365 sub (i think both are the basic ones). So when i tried to create and edit a copilot within copilot studio to have access to my onedrive/sharepoint:
1. It said (the ai generative language wasn't available and i couldn't use it. (In spanish said "Las características de IA no están habilitadas, por lo que no se aplicarán las instrucciones")
2. I never got to see the copilot function on microsoft teams, nor sharepoint, nor my copilots in microsoft 365, and i never got the chance to really used a published copilot in the copilot web nor anywhere. So i was wondering why is that?
Is it because i live in México, or because my account is in spanish, or because the subscription i paid for doesn't include that? Or it was just too much for me? I am seriously thinkg on getting a refund because as the non expert user that i am, I'm not getting enough from it (i mainly want to use it to look for information inside my onedrive/sharepoint platform without having to open file by file or asking on each pdf or document).
