Sara_Cummings Thank you for getting the default template fix through back in January.... I totally missed that, but glad there is a resolution and I have now resolved it and changed it back so our intranet will flow nicely without it having "From Microsoft" as the first choice.
Is there a way we can enable templates so they can have only "Post" without "Post and send". Then we can save this template to "Saved on this site" templates:
The "post and send" should be an opt in, many organisations do not want or need users to able to email the news post due to it being an intranet.
I mean it is great for ones that do want to use that... but we should be able to select whether we want users to have that option or not. Our organisation does not want this function for news posts.
To help you understand why you are getting a message now about it... we are in a zone that has only just had the changes come through. Microsoft rolls these changes out in phases to different regions.. So basically it may have been an option for some in the world from October.. 2023... but in our region the change came in today (20-08-2024)
Can we please have choice about what functionality that can be used on our intranet when posting news.
