This is really great, and I am hoping it is the answer to something I've been trying to figure out how to do.
When I set up new staff members, I have a Power Automate flow that sends them a series of "how to" type emails.
What I'd really like to do is to put the "how to" guide on a SharePoint page - using one of the made for email type templates, and be able to have Power Automate grab the article and put it in the body of the email and send it. That way when a procedure changes I could just update the SharePoint page and future emails to new staff members would contain the current information. (I understand that the emails already sent will have the old information, and that's fine - I can just include a "for updated information, please visit..." to take care of that".
Is it possible to send a news article from power automate?
