Introducing new SharePoint news for email feature

Stefan_Spinnler well if 27 email notifications was exciting previously, just wait until I'm done replying to everything posted while I was out on vacation, I think we will have a new record!

7. Good callout on the being able to create these from only some of the "+new" locations. If I'm honest, I don't know why different options show up in some places and not others, as a not-yet-grizzled a post-classic SharePoint hire 🙂 Let me dig in with folks who might know, I imagine you aren't the only one who wants to create these at the root level. Can News currently be created at the root or just pages? I have a gut feeling that might be part of the reason here. 

Bugs 2. Are you saying here that anchor links that work online aren't working within the email distribution? This makes sense since currently they all lead to the browser, but there might be something we can look into to implement anchor link support within distributions.  If anyone else is reading this comment, is this an issue you have encountered as well?
