MicrosoftSara_Cummings I really like this feature, thank you for adding it! I've already tested it, made even a template for one of our announcement types and it works great!
I only see one issue in our case: we often post a news item and then need to update it and also send this updated item again to our users.
I see that you can update such 'news for email' item, but when you want to send the email again, the option to have exactly the same email format constructed is not there. You can use some other email options, but the best one I found just gives you news summary and it looks very different than the original email. So our users might not see the link between the original email and the update email.
So my question would be: do you plan to add possibility to send update emails for the 'news for email' items in the same format as the original email?
