-Could you tell me more about what you mean by alternative reply? Would this be directing replies to a different inbox?
-Advanced capabilities like sending from a non-individual email would be in the scope of our more advanced corporate communications product, Viva Amplify
- As far as information leakage goes, we aren't planning on putting any forwarding restrictions on the mail, but also know that mail recipients don't gain any site access. You can think of one of these distributions as a photocopy of a page in a book, or a screenshot of a website-they get that information, but nothing more. We are aware that some site information is so sensitive that this distribution means wouldn't make sense, so we offer a toggle at the bottom of the "send as email" dialogue box to revert to sending just a link, with no additional content.
-As for a print button for pages, that would be really cool! It's not in scope for this feature but is a good thing to think about as we continue to offer more robust preview states.
