Feedback: My users are not happy about the new change. Most can't even find it (three emails with diagrams) as the location is one the eyes gloss over. And their next question is how to move it back to the more useful location.
In general, the "optimizing" of toolbars is more harmful than helpful. It means users are spending a LOT of time looking for things they knew where to find yesterday. They spend years re-adapting. (e.g. the simple click and print moving to a 6 click process. 99% of office users do not find this useful.) And helpdesk then spends hours helping users "make" workarounds for the new optimizations. (meaning they don't adapt, they get annoyed and have to make/add buttons to fix what broke.)
If you're insisting on making changes, it would be very helpful to either make a way to undo it or poll actual users (not developers or techs) before rolling it out.
