MicrosoftThis is by far the worst change that has come down the pike yet.
I rely on Outlook with all of its features just as they are.
I see no reason, no advantage and no purpose to this change.
This was and is an email service which 99% of the business community uses on a regular basis, it is a business tool not a toy.
This is not only going to complicate the ability to search with ease, it is going to create wasted time for my company and time equals money.
On the surface it appears that what is trying to be done is to make things more user friendly but in reality it is going to do just the opposite.
If the intention of this change is to draw additional user away from Gmail to Outlook it is only going to draw more Outlook business users away from using it.
Maybe the focus should be on creating a mail service that mimics Gmail for all of the Gmail users and leave Outlook for business professionals.....OR better yet you should create a business only Outlook platform with the tools we need without the cutesy fluff you are adding.
