Personalized and organized Search in Outlook mobile

It's really sad, but every time I read an announcement about a speech feature in a Microsoft product, I immediately stop reading. I'm from Germany and I know that I will never be able to use these functions because everything Microsoft does about speech is US first, only and forever. Microsofts localization is the worst in the whole world, that's a shame.
