Does anyone have any suggestions for stopping Outlook from sending my legitimate emails to my Junk folder after literally hundreds of times selecting THEY ARE NOT JUNK. DO NOT SEND THEM TO MY JUNK FOLDER?
This started about a year ago (because Microsoft congratulated me yesterday on my one year anniversary on this message board), when a Microsoft rep (or it was supposed to be, it was through their links) walked me through a problem with me sending myself emails that were going to Junk. After finishing with this rep, the next morning EVERY SINGLE EMAIL I RECEIVED WENT TO MY JUNK FOLDER.
Over 100 emails were in my Junk folder. I spent the morning trying to undo what the rep had done, but my email account has never been the same. To this day (and just 5 minutes ago), my legitimate emails go to my Junk folder. This means I have to read through EVERY SINGLE EMAIL in my Junk folder EVERY SINGLE DAY. Which defeats the purpose of having a Junk folder.
I am seriously this close to going all Mac. I switched back to an iPhone last year, and my wife uses only Mac computers, so I am about to go that route myself. Microsoft is going the route of Boeing. Shareholders happy, execs get bonuses, who gives a flying @#$# about the customer.
