MicrosoftI tired to use New Outlook for Windows today for a user who has an Exchange Online P1 license. And apparently that no longer works. I was under the impression that you could use New outlook if you had an E1 or higher? Apparently i was wrong.
I understand that an E1 license DOES NOT grant access to the Thick version of Office 365 (Client).
Error Message:
"This account is not supported for in Outlook for Windows due to the license provided by your work or school" Try to log in with another account or go to Outlook on the Web.
Can anyone confirm?
