That was the most disastrous Outlook update I've been through in 30+ years.
1. What appears on the toolbar varies hour to hour, day to day. For instance sometimes the Quick Steps box is there, sometimes not. There are no context menus in most places to access settings to address any problems.
2. Meeting templates that work in previous Outlook UI no longer work. There is no online help guidance (some of the articles are empty!) other than an indication that Outlook Templates are now non-sharable text snippets, and there is no acknowledgement of what went before, or the corporate investment in templates.
3. New Outlook has been rolled out outside the USA without support for synching locale settings according to a user profile. I know non-US support for locales has been degrading steadily since Office 365 got going, but this is Microsoft really advancing its position for "US settings or nothing".
I'm pretty sure our admins are going to disable the rollout based on how much has broken in a few days.
