It wouldn't be a Holiday week without a screw up from Microsoft, am I right? This is a continuation of my Outlook saga over this past year:
As of this past week (Nov 13th to now), Outlook has once again changed in how it handles my email. Several companies that I have relationships with (banks, insurance, etc.), whose emails have been delivered for years to the only Hotmail address I've ever had, are now being routed to my Junk folder.
Now there are three problems:
1) Legitimate emails will get lost in Junk.
2) I have to search my Junk folder no matter how many emails are in there, every day. So, when I wake up and check emails, and there are 100 to 150 emails in my Junk folder, I have to look at the entire list of these emails because they could be legitimate.
3) Emails that have been known Junk for this entire year are now coming to my Inbox as legitimate email.
This situation with Outlook is only getting worse, there are so many areas that it is broken in, and they don't seem to care.
