Colin_Mor Andy_P186 ; Thank you for the reply, Colin. I have had Hotmail / Outlook since the late 1990's (Thus the 2k in my name, right before the Y2k scare), and this is the first time I have not been able to move an email to a folder through the primary "Move to" selection in the toolbar. And as I stated in my previous comment, when I select "Move to a different folder" from the "Move to" drop down, the "Create new folder" option comes up. Nothing to do with what I am wanting to accomplish.
The other comments I've read on this forum confirm, to myself, anyway, that Microsoft is not doing their due diligence to ensure their software is ready for public use when it is released.
A great example of this that I have experienced is when I finally upgraded to Windows 11 (thank you for the many, many reminders, by the way), there were several areas that were not quite right with the OS. An obvious one that anyone can see is when I start my computer, and Windows is going through its verifications / checks, there are several DOS, or Command prompt, windows that open on the screen, then close on their own within a few seconds. This should not be showing up on a final product that was released to the public. And this is your OS, the big kahuna, that is not quite operating correctly.
Unfortunately, for your recommendation of providing feedback to the team, I have been sending feedback non-stop for many months. And there is an option to be contacted by Microsoft that I have selected, but I have never heard from anyone until your reply in this forum.
