It sounds like you sent a direct message to my account, but I am not seeing anything in my message inbox. Can you try sending it again? Our team discussed your issue, and it would help to know:
- The IMAP accounts that were able to connect to the new Outlook for Windows
- The IMAP accounts that were not able to connect
- Please include any details on the process you used to successfully add the account and any error messages you saw when trying to connect the other accounts
Any information you can provide would be helpful!

For the issue that you mentioned about all your folders not being available in the ‘Move to” menu, I have passed your feedback onto that team. The way that feature works now is that it shows you the folders where you most recently moved a message. You can find other folders by using the ‘Search for a folder’ search box or, as you stated, by going to the ‘move to a different folder’ option.
Regarding the ‘select’ button moving to a few different locations, our Mail team is trying to find the optimum location for all our features. That may mean some minor changes over the course of the application’s life. One of the benefits of having an agile client is our ability to make changes quickly. The drawback is that some users may find our changes too fast. You will likely continue to see changes in the location of different features as we try to create the best possible experience for our end users. We appreciate the feedback and you can submit feedback directly to the team by clicking the Feedback button in the new Outlook app.
Thank you!
